Cedar nut oil is the key to active longevity

Cedar nut oil is the key to active longevity

Active longevity is the realization of all the hidden potentials of a person. It allows you not only to live long, but also to feel great in older age. To achieve active longevity, a healthy lifestyle is very important, as well as eating organic foods rich in valuable nutrients. Cedar nut oil is one such product. Cedar nut oil is the key to active longevity, as it prevents the development of age-related diseases, reduces the negative effect of oxidative stress and prolongs life at the DNA level.

Prevention of age-related diseases

Modern medicine increasingly focuses not on the treatment of already manifested age-related diseases, but on the prevention of possible health problems. Prevention is one of the most important and most promising trends in anti-age therapy. Cedar nut oil fits perfectly into this concept, because it is an excellent remedy for preventing cardiovascular diseases, the number one cause of early death throughout the world. Thus, the fatty acids contained in the oil help maintain normal heart function.[1] In addition, cedar nut oil reduces the level of “bad” cholesterol that causes plaque to form in blood vessels. The oil's components support normal lipid metabolism and the functioning of the renin system that regulates blood pressure. [2]

Neutralization of oxidative stress

Oxidative stress leads to the accumulation of free radicals, which in turn contribute to age-related health problems and accelerate the aging. It is impossible to completely stop the process of oxidative stress, since it is natural for the human body. However, it can be slowed down and the accumulation of free radicals can be avoided. This requires antioxidant nutrients, the most famous of which are vitamins A and E that are found in cedar nut oil. In addition, polyphenols, another component of cedar nut oil, are antioxidants. Scientists have found that simultaneous consumption of vitamin A with polyphenols enhances its antioxidant effect.[3]

Increased lifespan at the DNA level

One of the most important components of the genetics of aging is DNA sections called telomeres. The faster they shorten, the faster a person ages.[4] The rate at which telomeres divide varies from person to person and is determined at birth, but research has shown that it can be influenced by diet. A meta-analysis of a large number of studies with a sufficient evidence base showed that telomere shortening slows down when taking vitamin E, polyphenols, carotenoids, and Omega-3 fatty acids. [5] All of the listed nutrients are components of cedar nut oil.

Start using cedar nut oil regularly and make an important contribution to your active longevity!
