SIBERIAN GIFT - CEDAR NUT OIL
Introduction
From days of old in Siberia and the Urals, the kernels of Cedar nuts have yielded oil that was considered to be a delicacy. It significantly surpasses the best types of olive oil obtained from olives, is readily assimilated by the body, possesses high nutritional and medicinal properties, is unusually rich in vitamins and minerals. Cedar nut oil can substitute for any vegetable oil (sea buckthorn, burdock, coconut, olive, almond, etc.) in all situations of medical use. In its calorie content, Cedar nut oil exceeds beef and pork fats, while in its ease of assimilation it far exceeds eggs. It can be used in any recipe as a substitute for any vegetable oil. It facilitates the removal of heavy metal salts from the body. Cedar nut oil is impossible to replace completely with anything else!
Cedar nut oil is a unique natural product that has no analogy in nature, its synthesis is impossible. 100% natural Siberian Cedar nut oil is prepared by the cold pressing method from selected kernels of the Siberian Cedar.
We invite you to make its acquaintance.
Medicinal, nutritional, and ecological importance of Cedar nut oil
Medicinal importance
At the present it has been determined that Cedar nut oil contains various substances that helps to promote the preservation of a person's ability to work for many years. Cedar nut oil improves the composition of the blood, and helps prevent the development of tuberculosis and anemia. The oil is used for prophylactic purposes in atherosclerosis, hypertension, cirrhosis of the liver, stomach and duodenal ulcers, shortness of breath, and silicosis, and facilitates the treatment of patients suffering from leukemia.
The oil contains a high quantity of vitamin E (tocopherol, 56 mg for 100 g), which promotes the restoration of male potency, the preservation of a high capacity for work, the assimilation of proteins and fats, and treatment in cases of illnesses of the liver, pancreas, intestines, atherosclerosis, and rheumatism. Tocopherol translated means "I bear life." Cedar nut oil also contains significant quantities of vitamins P, A, B, which are essential for the normal development and functioning of the human organism.
The oil is composed of unsaturated fatty acids (Table 1), including those not synthesized in the human body -- linoleic, lineolenic, and arachidonic acid, which possess an antisclerotic action. They have a normalizing effect on the walls of the blood vessels, increase their elasticity, and lower their permeability. It has been determined that linoleic acid possesses a neutralizing effect for many poisons. In this regard, Cedar nut oil is extremely necessary for a population that lives in cities, where the atmosphere is strongly polluted by gaseous emissions.
Table 1
Fatty acid composition
Thus, Cedar nut oil may be successfully used for medicinal purposes in many illnesses and in the treatment and prophylactic nutrition of employees whose work is related to toxic substances.
Nutritional importance
In its biological value, the vegetable oil obtained from the Cedar nut exceeds olive oil produced from olive trees, which, in the absence of Cedar nut oil, is considered to be the best in the world.
The energy value of one gram of Cedar nut oil is high, and comes to 9 kCal. The composition of this oil includes vitally essential irreplaceable components, among which are those involved in lipotropic and antisclerotic activity (polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, E, and others). The ease of assimilation of the oil is high: 95-98%.
Cedar nut oil may be used with great effect in cooking, in the production of confectionary goods of the highest quality, mayonnaises, margarines, and in the preparation of vegetable dishes and tasty additives.
Ecological importance
Cedar nut oil is the purest in comparison to other vegetable oils. While sunflower, cotton-seed, soya, mustard, rape, and other oils are obtained from agricultural crops grown on soils fertilized with various chemical substances and treated with pesticides, Cedar stands in Siberia are not subjected to these types of supplements and treatments, so this oil is ecologically pure.
Chemical composition of Cedar nut oil
The vitamin E content of Cedar nut oil exceeds that of olive oil by five times and coconut oil by three times. The concentration of vitamin F in the oil is three times greater than in the cod-liver oil based Vitamin F preparation sold in pharmacies.

Daily doses for the use of Cedar nut oil
The recommended daily doses for the use of Cedar nut oil have been submitted by A.N.Litvintsev, the Head of the Department of Food Hygiene at the Irkutsk Medical University.
Prophylactic doses
As part of the daily food allowance for a healthy person, 28-30 g (without the use of other oils of vegetable origin).
Therapeutic doses
With the appearance of symptoms of any disease, see a physician. Cedar nut oil is used as a supplementary, natural remedy to the basic course of treatment.
In cases of an aggravation of a peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, it is recommended that patients take Cedar nut oil (in its pure form and as an additive to food) in the amount of 27-36 g daily. The enrichment of an ulcer-healing diet with Cedar nut (vegetable) oil is pathogenetically well founded. The oil suppresses the secretion of hydrochloric acid and regulates the acid-forming function of the stomach, and the fat soluble vitamins it contains promotes the processes of the regeneration of the mucous gastroduodenal area. It has a beneficial action on the functions of the intestine, promotes the evacuation of the gallbladder and the elimination of constipation.
In chronic gastritis with increased secretions (of gastric juice, hydrochloric acid, pepsin), 25-30 g taken 30 minutes before eating.
In cases of anemia, 18-20 g.
In atherosclerosis (without excess body weight) with lesions on the vessels of the heart, brain, or other organs, ischemic heart disease caused by atherosclerosis, 32 g (out of the 80g of the daily norm of total fats), in the case of accompanying obesity, 28 g (out of the 70g of the daily norm of fats).
In hypertension on a background of atherosclerosis, 32 g (out of the 80g of total fats per day).
In cases of an aggravation of hypertension (in the initial period of the disease -- stage IIB - III A), 17-21 g (out of the 70g of total fats per day). Butter is used for the preparation of food, Cedar nut oil is added to the dishes. Meat fats and culinary fats are excluded from the diet.
In cirrhosis of the liver with moderate insufficiency, 17-18 g.
In rheumatism, 27-30 g.
In tuberculosis, 24-25 g.
In leukemia, 21 g.
In chronic nephritis without exacerbation, 22-25 g.
In obesity, 24 g (out of the total daily quantity of 80-85 g).
In kidney stones with alkaline reaction of the urine, 30 g.
In sugar diabetes, mild and intermediate degree, 22-24 g (out of 75 to 80 g of the daily allowance).
Recommendations of Specialists
The cedar nut oil produced by the Ringing Cedars of Russia Company is a 100% natural, ecologically pure preparation with unique therapeutic and health improving properties, which stem from a high content of biologically active substances, essential fatty acids, and trace elements necessary for the normal growth and development of children. At a time when synthetic and modified ingredients are prevalent in food, an energy deficit inevitably develops in the organism. This manifests itself in the heightened susceptibility of children to various infections, complicated and protracted courses of respiratory and viral diseases, a lowering of vitality, and a lagging behind in physical and neuropsychological development.
The natural components of Cedar nut oil in essence are a concentrate of liposoluble vitamins A, D, F, K, E, and essential phospholipids, and contain such rare trace elements as molybdenum, vanadium, manganese, and iodine, which are essential for the normal functioning of the entire hormonal enzymatic complex of the organism. The preparation has a significantly lower allergic potential in comparison to other oil preparations, sea buckthorn for example, which, of course, is important in its use among children.
The regular use of this true elixir of the Cedar significantly increases the delivery of vitally necessary substances into the organism. Your child will grow up strong and healthy, the unavoidable respiratory and viral infections will run their course significantly more easily and without complications. His or her physical and intellectual potential will increase.
Recommended prophylactic doses:
for children up to 1 year of age, 1 drop for 1 kg of weight per day (watch for any reactions in the child);
for children from 1 to 3 years of age, from 1 to 3 ml every day (watch for any reactions in the child);
for children from 3 to 5 years of age, 5 ml every day (watch for any reactions in the child);
for children from 5 to 10 years of age, from 5 to 10 ml per day (watch for any reactions in the child);
for children older than 10 years, from 1 tablespoon per day.

What People Say About This Product:
I have just placed my second order for Siberian pine nut oil because it is a miracle product. I ordered the product a month ago after doing research on the net for my father who lost 21 pounds from massive gastrointestinal problems. I pre-diagnosed him before his endoscopy, and he started taking the oil a week before his endoscopy.
He was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and gastritis. Remarkably, after only taking pine nut oil for one week, they also found a healing ulcer. The doctor couldn't believe it. I am so happy to have found this product because my father was unable to eat due to extreme nausea, chronic belching, stomach pain and lightheadedness. He is now on the road to almost a full recovery and is eating again.
I want to thank Siberian for this miracle product and for answering our prayers. You saved his life! I am now spreading the word and want to share my story with everyone who is in need of a product that will answer their prayers as well.
Thank you,
Alicia H., Orange County, CA

I have taken the pine nut oil. I had 3 superficial stomach ulcers and gastritis. I took the PNO 2 tsp. 3x a day w/out taking Nexum prescribed by dr. I went to get my Endoscopic procedure on Dec. 19 and I was told no more ulcers and no gastritis. I told the dr. what I was taking and he was amazed by the results. Walked away shaking his head and saying to "There wasn't an even a trace of ulcer".

The potentials of the Cedar Power protein-vitamin complex in the preventive treatment and correction of the pathology of the locomotor system.
by Dr. Maria Kazakova
Ural State Medical Academy, Ekaterinburg
"Sooner or later everyone sits
down to a banquet of consequences."

Medical statistics confirm that approximately 60% of the population suffers from chronic illnesses. If we take into account the fact that many of these people do not see doctors, then the real number may be even higher.
Now let us evaluate a list of products in any supermarket—even without examining the contents on the labels, we can find also that approximately 60% are unhealthy refined products (sugar, articles made from white flour, etc.). Is this just a coincidence?
Modern products contain significantly fewer vitally important nutrients than products made even 50 years ago, while a significant rise in the intensity of life over the last decades has been increasing the body's daily requirement for vitamins, trace elements, and other biologically active substances. For that reason, there has been an increase in the incidence of metabolic diseases, including vascular diseases, intervertebral osteochondrosis, and osteoporosis.
Today, there is a consensus of opinion that diseases can be prevented by proper nutrition and a suitable style of life. It is precisely for this reason that increasingly more significance is being attributed to complete healthy nutrition using natural products, as well as to the addition of biologically active supplements to the food allowance.
Ringing Cedars of Russia is developing and producing the Cedar Power, which has a health-promoting and preventive purpose.
The composition of the Cedar Power cedar nut flakes protein-vitamin complex includes the oil cake of the kernel of the cedar nut, which contains a complete complement of all essential nutritional elements for each cell of the body, balanced with regard to the reciprocal supplementation of the elements and corresponding to the body's requirements for irreplaceable nutritional items.
Cedar Power product is a concentrated source of complete plant protein, with an amino acid content of 39 g for 100 g of a product.
The assimilability of the protein is 95%.
The proteins of the cedar nut kernel contain all 20 amino acids.
The predominant amino acid is arginine (makes up 20%).
Arginine is a constituent of connective tissue, and supports the metabolism of muscle tissue.
Lysine is present in the amount of 225% of that found in the ideal protein, and is involved in the metabolism of bone tissue.
Methionine is contained in the amount of 160% of that found in the ideal protein, and improves the condition of bony tissue in osteoporosis.
Leucine facilitates the renewal of bony and muscle tissue.
Proline strengthens the ligaments and improves the condition of the cartilaginous surfaces of the joints.
Ornithine is involved in the repair of damage to connective tissue.
Taurine is essential for the metabolism of the minerals calcium, potassium, magnesium, and sodium.
Cystine and cysteine accelerate the formation of muscle tissue.
Using Cedar Power cedar nut flakes—and saturating the organism with the full range of amino acids, with a high content of essential amino acids (especially those actively involved in the metabolism of the skeletomuscular system)—makes it possible to improve the condition of the locomotor system.
Cedar Power cedar nut flakes are a source of the majority of vitamins essential for the vital activity of the organism, and contain a balanced complex of natural fat-soluble (A, E, D, K, F) and water-soluble (C, P, PP, B group, folic acid) vitamins.
In the body, vitamin C is actively involved in the synthesis of collagen, the "chief" protein in connective tissue. The powerful antioxidant action of vitamins C and E, in combination with the detoxifying function of the product, may significantly strengthen the regenerating processes.
Cedar Power cedar nut flakes are noted for their high content of macroelements—phosphorus, magnesium, potassium—and trace elements—copper, manganese, zinc, and iodine.
The mineral composition of Cedar Power cedar nut flakes promotes the strengthening of bony and muscle structures, the ligamentous apparatus, and articular formations.
The anti-oxidant effects of Cedar Power cedar nut flakes can reduce the toxic effect that usually accompanies any inflammatory process.
Dietary fibre, a nutritional substrate for the normal microflora of the intestines, contributes to the prevention of dysbacteriosis and improves the state of the immune system.
There is good reason to use Cedar Power cedar nut flakes in programs for the preventive treatment and correction of inflammatory diseases of the locomotor system (arthritis, myositis, tenosynovitis).
A Cedar Power health-promoting and prophylactic product includes in its composition natural compounds that possess the ability to regulate the hormonal balance of a person's estrogens.
As a rule, a disruption of the hormonal balance is accompanied by an increase in excess body mass, and by a disturbance in the metabolism in bony tissues with a loss of calcium, as a consequence of which the bones lose their strength and become brittle. This suggests itself as a reason for the onset of diseases of the locomotor system.
Restoring the estrogen balance assists in preventing the development of obesity, inhibits the development of degenerative processes, and prevents the development of osteoporosis.
For these reasons, Cedar Power cedar nut flakes may be used in programs for the preventive treatment and correction of degenerative diseases of the locomotor system (arthrosis, intervertebral osteochondrosis) and osteoporosis.

Our Unique Production Technique:
The brand name "THE RINGING CEDARS OF RUSSIA" stands for business integrity, decency and the highest possible quality of product. All products marketed under this brand name convey the primordial power of Nature and the warmth of our hearts. We offer:
A variety of high-quality cedar products, including cedar nuts and cedar nut oil.
Huge plantations of cedar trees grow in the Siberian taiga, said to be the ecologically purest area of the world. The virgin forest of the taiga has never been treated with any chemicals or artificial fertilisation, nor abused by agricultural machines.
Cedar nuts (the seeds of the cedar tree) take two years to mature, during which time the tree accumulates a huge volume of positive cosmic energy. Crops of nuts are harvested manually by people lovingly devoted to this task, working in a pleasant environment without undue haste to create unique products full of positive energy reflecting the infinite powers of Nature. Specific preparations include:
We pick only cedar cones which fall naturally from the trees, thus ensuring that only ripe cones are selected. We always avoid hitting the trees to shake unripe cedar cones down (as happens with some other commercial operations) -- a practice which causes the nuts to lose their healing power.
Cones are then manually shelled with the help of wooden shell-removers. Nut centres are separated from their shells using wooden rollers.
Cedar nut oil and cedar nut flour marketed under our brand name are obtained by the cold-pressure method, using manual wooden oil-presses.
Cedar nut oil is then stored in special containers and packed in a small village near Novosibirsk by name "Kandayrovo" using unique technology to avoid any contact with metal. The whole process is strictly supervised to ensure it complies with all sanitary requirements.
Final products are placed in special packaging to prevent daylight penetration, and stored at a temperature of 0C to +5C to better preserve the product's natural components. The resulting product is a bright gold-coloured liquid with the pleasant smell of cedar nuts. It is a 100% natural product with strong healing powers.
SIBERIAN CEDAR NUT OIL
Siberian Cedar nuts (cedar nuts) contain about 60% oil. They are therefore pressed to obtain Cedar nut oil, which is available on the market as a very expensive gourmet cooking oil. Cold pressing in all-wooden presses is preferred to retain the nutritional properties of nuts and derive the oil of highest quality.
The Cedar nut oil bearing "The Ringing Cedars of Russia" brand comes exclusively from wild-harvested Siberian Cedar nuts - one of the most nutritious Cedar nuts in the world. In comparison, other Cedar nut oils are usually pressed from the Italian pignolia Cedar nuts, which are not nearly as potent and are often harvested from trees growing in plantations. Our Siberian Cedar nut oil is extra virgin (100% cold pressed from freshly shelled raw Siberian Cedar nuts), whereas most Cedar nut oils on the market are either not cold pressed or even pressed from roasted (!) Cedar nuts, which significantly decreases the oil value. Finally, "The Ringing Cedars of Russia" Siberian Cedar nut oil is the only one which is available on the market anywhere in the world pressed with wooden presses in accordance with traditional techniques described in Vladimir Megre's life-changing book "The Ringing Cedars of Russia". In contrast, all other Cedar nut oils are pressed using steel presses, which immediately degrades them (contact with steel oxidizes some of the Cedar nut oil's most important ingredients such as vitamins, and is known to remove the 'life force' from the oil).
Cedar nut oil has also traditionally been used in ancient Russian and European natural medicine to cure a wide array of ailments - ingested (decreasing blood pressure, boosting immune system resistance, etc.) or applied externally (a range of dermatological disorders). It is also used in expensive cosmetics.
Cedar nut oil contains pinolenic acid, a polyunsaturated fatty acid, and is marketed in the U.S. as a means stimulate cell proliferation, prevent hypertension, decrease blood lipid and blood sugar, and inhibit allergic reactions.

TAGLIATELLE WITH PECORINO, LEMON AND CEDAR NUTS
Ingredients:
150g tagliatelle
zest and juice 1 lemon
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
2 tbsp pecorino or parmesan, finely grated
a small bunch parsley, chopped
cedar nut oil
Preparation:
Cook the tagliatelle following the packet instructions. Mix the lemon juice and zest, cedar nuts, pecorino, 2 tbsp cedar nut oil and parsley and season really well. Drain the tagliatelle, reserving 2 tbsp of the cooking water.
Tip everything into a bowl (including the pasta water) and toss together.
ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND SAGE RISOTTO WITH CEDAR NUTS
Ingredients:
1 large butternut squash
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tbsp cedar nut oil, plus extra for drizzling
about 15 sage leaves, chopped
flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 large knobs of butter
1 large onion, chopped
400g/14oz arborio or other Italian risotto rice
2 glasses white wine
1 litre hot vegetable stock
good handful of freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus extra to serve
75g/3oz cedar nuts, to serve
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Cut the butternut squash into 6-8 wedges, remove the seeds and place in a roasting tray. Pound or chop the garlic and add a generous glug of cedar nut oil, half the sage leaves, sea salt and pepper. Tip into the tray and rub over the butternut squash with your hands. Roast in the oven for 40-50 minutes until softened and becoming golden in colour.
Once the squash has cooked, cool slightly, then scrape the soft flesh away from the skin into a bowl. Lightly mash with a fork or potato masher until it is fairly chunky in texture. Scrape any sticky juices left in the roasting tray into the bowl and keep warm while making the risotto.
Heat the cedar nut oil and a good knob of butter in a deep, heavy-based frying pan or saute pan. Gently fry the onion until softened. Add the rice and stir for about a minute until the grains are coated with the oil and butter. Pour in the wine and stir continuously until it has cooked into the rice. Add a good ladle of hot stock and the remaining sage and season well with salt and pepper. Turn the heat down so the stock is simmering gently. Keep adding ladles of stock as it cooks into the rice, stirring and moving the rice around in the pan. After about 15-20 minutes the rice should be soft but still have a bit of bite left in it. The texture of the risotto should be thick and creamy, but not too loose. Add extra stock if necessary. It may seem tedious standing and stirring but the end result will be worth it.
Remove the pan from the heat and gently stir the roasted butternut squash into the risotto with the parmesan, the remaining butter and seasoning to taste. Add any extra stock if the risotto seems particularly thick. Cover with a lid for a couple of minutes as this will give the risotto an even creamier texture.
During this time, place the cedar nuts in a fairly hot frying pan and toss around until golden. Spoon the risotto into warmed bowls and scatter with the cedar nuts and extra parmesan.
