Родовое Поселение "Чистое Небо"
"Чистое небо" находится в Себежском районе на юге Псковской области. До ближайшего города Себеж – 30 км, до Санкт-Петербурга – 500 км, до Москвы – 600 км.
История "Чистого неба" началась осенью 2002 года, когда в деревушке на берегу озера Осыно поселись Светлана Александровна с сыном Мишей. С 2009 года количество чистонебесных жителей растет хоть и неспешно, но постоянно.
Если попробовать описать дух нашего поселения, то первое приходящее на ум слово – вольное. Как без воли любить, как дружить, как себя познать да лучше стать? Даже сама природа этому способствует, предоставляя каждому свое пространство, просто взгляните на карту и все поймете. Организация поселения построена на естественных человеческих отношениях, это позволяет нам быть собой, интенсивно развивает каждого, а главное – создает теплую атмосферу открытости и доверия. Поселение находится далеко от крупных городов, поэтому в "Чистом небе" решают поселиться люди с четким пониманием своих целей в жизни и явным намерением их воплотить. В коллективе сильных духом людей особую ценность приобретает умение понять другого, принять, порой простить. И еще чувство юмора, конечно.
В "Чистом небе" всё делается по желанию и инициативе конкретных людей. Общее дело – это когда один предложил и начал, а желающее поддержали, и чем больше желающих, тем более общим является дело. Встречи проходят неформально у костра или за чаем, приходит кто хочет, и нам это очень нравится.
Мы такие разные, что порой задаешься вопросом: "А что же нас объединяет?" Пожалуй, общие устремления и ценности:
- Мы пришли жить на землю с понимаем ее значимости. Пришли навсегда, передадим ее детям, исходя из этого оцениваем разумность своих действий.
- Наибольшей ценностью является семья. Мы вырастим счастливых и способных детей, готовы брать ответственность за их воспитание и обучение.
- Нам интересно самопознание и познание мира. У каждого свой путь и есть чем поделиться.
- Пробуем на практике природное земледелие, экологическое строительство.
- Осваиваем разные творческие занятия и ремесла.

Природа
Себежский район – это край озер и лесов. Поселение растет на небольших холмистых полянках вдоль берега озера Большое Олбито. Каждая полянка окружена живой изгородью из березок, осинок, ольхи, ив и рябинок. Местами встречаются заброшенные сады, островки сосен, елей и можжевельников.
Воды в наших местах в изобилии. Большие озера, множество подземных ручьев и даже рек, в некоторых местах вырыты пруды, встречаются болота. Поселение располагается на холмистом берегу, поэтому земля сухая, вода стоит по весне и часть лета в овражках.
Вблизи поселения в основном растет лиственный лес, а уже в 10-15 км в сторону Себежа появляются сосновые боры. В шести километрах от поселения начинается Себежский национальный парк.
Условия
Дорога от трассы до поселения гравийная, чинится и чистится районными властями и усилиями Себежского училища. До участков надо прокладывать дорогу самостоятельно.
Электричество проведено, деревенский трансформатор рассчитан на 25 кВт, что конечно немного, но пока хватает. Подключение к сети стоит 10 тысяч рублей при самостоятельном проведении кабеля. Газ можно купить в баллонах, заправка 50 литрового балона стоит 400 рублей, этого хватает на три месяца.
есть карьер с песком и щебнем, лесопилки, в Себеже – несколько строительных магазинов. Большинство необходимого можно приобрести в округе, а чего нет – в Великих Луках, Пскове или Полоцке.

Ведрусский обряд венчания!
Обряд был задуман по книге, слово в слово! На участке будущего поместья уже был сооружен шалашик и молодые ждали нас в нем к 10 утра.
Мы долго собирались и пытались репетировать песни. Все с саженцами! Не по одному саженцу принесли, а по нескольку! Некоторые даже тазики с цветами принесли - этакие готовые клумбы! Человек 60 собралось. Денек был пасмурный, но теплый для конца сентября.
Встав у будущего входа в поместье хором спели песню "Мы желаем счастья вам". Под эту песню влюбленные вышли к нам из своего шалашика, светящиеся от радости и счастья!
Потом Владимир - жених - начал излагать нам проект поместья. Мы стояли на одном месте, а гектар-то большой, даже колышек дальнего угла из-за травы было не очень-то видно и планов посадок много - не все было конкретно понятно. Участок "леса" не обозначен колышками, колышков для указания места саженцев почти не было... В общем, еще много раз, потом уже при посадке, переспрашивали, что и куда сажать.
Еще в книжке предлагалось людям, чьи саженцы не были названы, сажать их в изгородь. Но! Тут с изгородью все было продуманно и неназванным саженцам места в ней не было! Один край полностью вишневый, Другой - в определенном порядке чередуются рябина, черемуха и калина, на других - сосны, ели и рябина.
Так что "неназванные" - все в лес!
Люба - невеста - полностью сама планировала часть поместья, поэтому рассказывала проект после Володи не меньше его.
Под конец рассказа проекта молодые спросили, что из неназванного им принесли гости и тут же быстро определились, куда это все пристроить.
Вообще надо, наверное, оставлять некую территорию, куда можно будет в дальнейшем досаживать что-то новое-неизвестное ныне или под такие вот неожиданные подарки. Из принесенных саженцев кое-что мне лично было незнакомо и, если бы планировала поместье, сознательно бы эти растения в него не включила. А тут посмотрела на них - понравились!
Далее был сам обряд... Слово в слово по книге.
У всех какие-то сильные чувства накатили, что и слов-то для них не найдешь! Ощущалось что-то торжественное и великое!
Мама Любы, произнося слова обряда, расплакалась и невольно вплела в фразу "ты видишь будущее выбранной тобой земли" слова "мы-то в другой реальности живем!" И при этом недоуменно показывала, как бы охватывала руками, считай, что голое поле в современном понятии. Многие потом говорили, что в этот момент кроме волнения еще и слезы подступили к глазам и словно дрожь по телу пробегала! А Люба, словно бы совершенно не волнуясь, уверенно отвечала "Да, мама!"
А потом мы долго и радостно садили саженцы, теребя то Любу, то Володю "А это куда?" Т.к. слушали рассказ, стоя лишь на одном месте, потом возникли проблемы, когда уже по участку пошли, по траве - а где, собственно, начинается зона леса? А где на ней какие деревья?
Лучше уж лишний раз спросить у хозяев.
А если б пытались точно по книге делать - вставать человеку с саженцем сразу на указанное место в процессе рассказа проекта, получилось бы что к концу рассказа наверное никого из слушателей не осталось - все бы стояли далеко друг от друга по участку.
И слышимость плохая была бы и вообще - как тогда быть тем кто несколько саженцев принес? Видимо вариант "по книге" к нашему времени пока не подходит. Это когда человек по 500 будут на венчание собираться и каждый с одним саженцем.
Животных не дарили - молодые постоянно пока не будут в поместье жить.
Ближе к концу посадок начался мелкий слабый нехолодный дождик - словно небо роняло слёзы умиления при виде содеянного.
Потом уже не в поместье, а на общепоселенской поляне готовили, накрывали цстол. Совсем непохожи яства на этом столе были на те, что подают в ресторанах и кафе на обычных свадьбах, вроде просто все, но вкусно и сытно. Были очень вкусные традиционные старинные напитки - сбитень, медовуха, сурья.

Родовое поселение "Зароново"
Уютное для Родового поселения Местечко расположено в республике Беларусь, в 27 км от Витебска, в Шумилинском направлении на берегу оз. Зароново.
Водная гладь озера, распростерлась на 7,5 км. В озере берет свои чистые воды небольшая живописная речка. Там, где она вытекает из озера, раскинулся сосновый бор.
Деревушка скрыта от посторонних глаз.
Только птичий гомон нарушает тишину и покой: весной заливаются соловьи, аисты клекотанием оповещают о своем прибытии, да ласточки со стрижами в хорошую погоду все верещат над головой. На речке орудуют трудолюбивые бобры: все норовят устроить себе запруду. По холодам "в гости" приходят зайцы и косули.
Наряду с ним, недалеко расположена большая жилая деревня и действующий совхоз. Дороги в окрестности хороши, зимой чистятся. Транспортное сообщение с городом - рейсовый автобус и личный транспорт. В деревне есть телефон и возможность мобильной связи.
Местные жители добродушны и дружелюбны.
Вот таков этот созданный любящей рукою Отца-Творца чудесный уголок. Молодые семьи, которым пришелся он по душе, уже закладывают здесь свои Родовые Поместья.
