Мы создаём экопоселение на основе Родовых Поместий рядом со станицей Зеленчукской Карачаево-Черкесской республики.
Что есть:
Ядро нашей инициативной группы (6 семей) живёт в станице Зеленчукской Карачаево-Черкесской Республики.
Три смежных участка общей площадью 82 гектара оформлены в собственность на одного из организаторов. Категория: земли сельскохозяйственного назначения, разрешенное использование: под дачное строительство;
Зарегистрировано Дачное некоммерческое партнерство «Смаглинка».
Предстоит сделать:
1)зарегистрировать изменение разрешенного использования в кадастровой палате; (сданы документы)
2)объединить три смежных участка в один (это уменьшит последующие затраты на госпошлины);
3)зарегистрировать изменения в регистрационной палате;
4)передать землю в собственность ДНП;
5)сделать топографическую съёмку и подготовить "проект организации и застройки" дачного посёлка;
6)утвердить "проект организации и застройки" дачного посёлка в администрации станицы, у пожарников и т.п.
После утверждения проекта можно строить дома.
На земле экопоселения начнём строить, сажать и жить после завершения юридического оформления возможности строительства.
К нашему коллективу можно и нужно присоединятьСя. До переезда первых поселенцев в поместья, для этого достаточно присоединитьСя к организации поселения.

С чего начинается Родина?

Нынешнее поколение, выросшее в бетонных стенах многоэтажек, вдали от мудрой природы, с навеянными современным образом жизни мыслями, с потерянным ощущением Родины, имеет возможность переосмыслить основные жизненные принципы.
Основная идея проекта "Родовые поместья в Украине" - обеспечить каждого жителя Украины, своим наделом земли, в размере 1 Га. Местом, где он создаст свою маленькую Родину, оазис красоты и гармонии. Основная задача человека, получившего свою землю - сформировать принципиально новое отношение к земле, природе, семье, роду и родной стране.
В взаимодействии с землей и природой, в атмосфере любви и гармони, человек обретет давно забытые чувства патриотизма, любви к родной земле, желании возрождать и менять к лучшему свою Украину.
Множественные распады семей, низкая нравственность, демографический кризис в государстве требуют новых качественный изменений в формировании мышления своих граждан. Идея Родовых Поместий - один из лучших выходов из данной ситуации. Созданные в любви и гармонии семьи, вырастившие своих детей на благодатной земле своего Родового Поместья, дадут толчок развитию совершенно нового отношения к семье, детям, роду своему и всего украинского народа.
Новое взаимодействие с землей позволит избежать варварского отношения к земельным ресурсам Украины, отравления ядохимикатами, уничтожению природных ресурсов, даст возможность восстановления и обогащения природных богатств страны.
Несколько десятков Родовых Поместий - обретут статус Родового Поселения, со своей школой, детским садом, общественным центром.
Идея создания каждой семьей Украины, своего Родового Поместья - это возможность вернуться к первоистокам, к связи с природой, а значит к новому качеству жизни каждого человека в отдельности и общества в целом.
Формирование личности начинается с ее соприкосновения с окружающим миром. Люди - основа государства. Самодостаточные, цельные, здоровые и сильные духом дети Украины, выросшие в Родовых Поместьях, составят мощную нацию, способную справедливо, смело и ответственно отстаивать интересы своей страны, Украины.
Создание Родовых поместий, полностью обеспечивает поддержку основных принципов Конституции Украины, согласно которым каждый гражданин Украины имеет право на жилище, благоприятную внешнюю среду, полноценное питание, частную собственность, свободный выбор сферы труда, свободное развитие своей личности, свободный выбор места проживания.
Идея Родовых поместий, является национальной программой, направленной на восстановление, развитие и возрождение украинской нации на украинской земле.

Cedar Resin Essential Oil - 10ml
The Essential Oil Cedar Resin is obtained from the resin of the Siberian cedar (in Russian this resin is known as zhivitsa). Essential oil of cedar is a natural product of plant origin.
Because of its medicinal properties, resin has been known to humanity for many millennia. The dried needles of the cedar and fir, which contain resin-balsamic substances, and the essential oil of the cedar were used in ancient Egypt for compresses and poultices, in cases of hemorrhages and for treating wounds. In the 16th century of our era, resin was widely used for treating the plague, since the vapors of the essential oil of cedar have a bactericidal effect.
In 1868, in the Manual of Folk Medicine, it was indicated that "fir resin has a slightly irritating, stimulating effect, while siberian cedar resin is used to treat wounds, and in cases of rheumatic pains in the joints, and gout." During the Russo-Turkish War of 1877, the great Russian surgeon N. I. Using Essential Oils
AROMATHERAPY
DIRECT INHALATION: Directly inhale the oil from the bottle.
DIFFUSION: Use Essential Oil Diffuser to disperse oil in a micro-fine vapor into the air.
HUMIDIFIER: Fill a humidifier with water then place a tissue or cloth, sprinkled with a few drops of oil, in front of the escaping vapor.
STEAM: Place a few drops of oil in hot water, cover your head and the container with a towel, and breathe deeply and slowly.
TOICAL APPLICATION:
DIRECT: Essential oils can be applied directly to the crown of the head, to the temples, behind the ears, over vital organs, to the feet, and on many other locations. Dilution may be required.
MASSAGE: Essential oils can be used before, during, and after therapeutic massage.
PERFUME: With natural, earthy, and exotic aromas, essential oils can also be worn as perfume.
INTERNAL USE
CAPSULE: Add several drops of oil into an empty capsule and swallow with water.
WATER OR MILK: Add 1-2 drops of oil to a glass of water or rice milk.
BREAD: Add 1-2 drops of oil on a piece of bread.
COOKING: Use oils in place of herbs and spices in your everyday cooking.
BLUE AGAVE: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil into a teaspoon of Blue Agave sweetener.
