Родовое поселение 'Милёнки'
Создаем Поселение в Калужской области
Мы начали создавать своё Поселение весной 2006 года. Сейчас нас более 20 семей, многие с детьми разного возраста, создающих свои Родовые Поместья. Для нас очень важно, чтобы Поселение реально заселялось и развивалось, чтобы всем в нем было уютно и радостно. Несколько семей уже живут в своих Родовых Поместьях постоянно и этой осенью в поселении родился второй малыш.
Приглашаем Вас присоединиться к нам и пусть будет больше счастливых семей!
Сейчас почти разобраны участки на первом поле, в поселении построены 10 жилых домов, гостевой дом и детская площадка. Ещё планируются дом детского творчества/школа, ремесленные мастерские, гостевые домики для туризма, небольшой магазин, конный клуб.
Расположение поселения
Калужская область, Дзержинский район, 40 км. к северо-западу от города Калуги. Поселение находится в экологически чистой зоне и граничит с территорией национального парка 'Угра', сама речка протекает в 2 км. Несколько полей разделено перелесками и небольшими березовыми рощами. Земля давно не обрабатывалась - на полях разнотравный луг и растут сосны с березами, много грибов и земляники растет прямо на участках. Почва легкий суглинок, внизу слои глины. Вокруг большие массивы леса и водится много диких животных и птиц. На поле встречаются лисы, зайцы, кабаны, в лесу видели косуль, лося.
Юридическая сторона
В городе Калуга в 2006 году зарегистрировано некоммерческое партнерство 'Светлодар' (СВЕТ Любви, Объединяющий, ДАющий Радость). Администрацией Дзержинского района при содействии губернатора Калужской области для партнерства выделены 150 га земель в аренду для создания экологического поселения. Нами оформлено землеустроительное дело и заключен договор аренды с целевым назначением - садоводство и огородничество.
В настоящее время решается вопрос о выкупе земель первого поля в собственность на партнерство. Разработан генеральный план поселения и пакет документов по переводу земли партнерства из земель с/x назначения в земли поселений. После перевода земель в другую категорию с администрацией района будет перезаключен долговременный договор аренды на новых условиях.

Поселение Михайловское
Доброго времени суток!
Пригашаем всех желающих в наше создающееся поселение Михайловское (название предварительное)!!!
В Приволжском Федеральном округе, Республики Башкортостан, Архангельского района деревни Михайловка создается поселение, под названием Михайловское. Наше поселение пустило свои первые росточи весной 2008 г. Находится вдали от городов и развитых инфраструктур (медицина, образование). Имеется электричество, газа нет.
Деревня состоит из ветхих домов, живут в основном, одни старики; молодежи практически нет. Раньше в деревне насчитывалось 90 дворов, сейчас около 20.
Местные жители добрые и отзывчивые люди. С радостью приняли нас к себе и примут еще. Имеется школа, где обучаются 26 местных детей (это из трех деревень Михайловки, Фроловки и Верхние Лемезы).
На данный момент свободной земли сельского назначения 26 га. Когда их освоим, можно будет и расширяться, за деревней огромное поле.
Администрация нас поддерживает.
Местность горная. Деревня расположена на юго-восточном склоне. Земля очень разная где-то суглинок, а где чернозем. Данное поселение зарождает свои росточки на базе действующей деревни Михайловка. Деревня окружена небольшими горными речками – с северо-западной стороны Ужаяз, с восточной Каймашкой; в Каймашку впадает родник Теплый ключ. В 3 км. от деревни протекает горная река Лемеза. По течению выше нет городов и промышленных объектов. Со стороны Каймашки бьют родники (по-видимому родниковая жила).
В округе было много деревень, сейчас на их месте произрастают яблоньки, терн, много малины.
Если ехать на машине из Уфы то путь таков: от Уфы по Беларецкой трассе до с.Архангельское, далее в Архангельском после мостика поворот на право до д. Казанка, в д.Казанка поворот направо до д.Валентиновка, в д.Валентиновка поворот направо до д.Михайловка. До д.Валентиновка 120 км (мы считали от южного автовокзала г.Уфы) – асфальт, а уже после поворота идет хорошая гравийная дорога, по которой можно проехать даже после сильного дождя (не размывает). Зимой дорога чистится, поэтому попасть к себе на участок можно круглый год, вне зависимости от погоды.

Наше поселение находится в красивом месте: склоны, есть небольшой лес, пруд, много земляничных полян. Основано на безе хутора в мае 2000 года. С 2004 г. новые соседи присоединяются, покупая участки с заброшенными домами. Теперь нас уже 5 постоянно живущих семей и одна семья приезжает на лето. Но есть задумки и перспективы освоить близлежащие поля. Новым людям всегда рады!
