Земля красивая, два плавных высоких холма по краям с лесополосой, место на возвышенности все 240 га, внизу ручей, небольшой пруд, земля хороший чернозем, в 700 м внизу граница с большой деревней Симоново, в ней есть Школа,магазины, свет, газ, сама деревня стоит на трассе идущей на г. Алексин( до него 15 км), трасса - хорошего качества асфальт,асфальт до границы деревни затем до поля многолетняя накатанная грунтовая дорога.

Поселение Благодать
Земли в содружестве оформлены в частную собственность. Категория земель: земли сельхоз. назначения. Все земли оформлены для ведение личного подсобного хозяйства. Содружество вытянулось широкой полосой с северной стороны дороги Скоморохово - Андреевское на протяжении 4 км. Уже оформлны более 100 участков земли, общей площадью более 250 га. В настоящее время в Содружестве постоянно проживают 18 семей. В этих семьях прямо в поместьях, на руки счастливых папаш, родилось уже 9 детей.

Вокруг леса таёжного типа. Много ягод и грибов, даже морошка есть.

Родовое поселение "Возрождение земли"
Мы находимся в 80 км. от Одессы в Великомихайловском районе поблизости села Великозименово.
В наше распоряжение выделено поле размером 40.5 га, которое поделено на 27 участков.
10 участков обрабатываются. Многие из поселенцев взяли землю в селе. Некоторые купили дома в селе.
Земля оформлена под ЛКХ (личное крестьянское хозяйство), целевое направление - сенокос.

My name is Alexia Aleman. I am an avid actress, writer, and film maker. I am trying to reach Vladmir in regards to making a film about Anastatia here in the United States. I am sure that Vladimir is a very busy man but it has really been put on my heart to help bring the wisdom, knowledge, beauty, and truth of Anastasia to the big movie screen not in only in the United States but to the rest of the world as well.
I would like to know if the copyright for the movie is available. I would also really love to be able to at least make a short film about the books, to begin with, with Vladmir's permission, of course. If you could help put me in contact with him, that would be absolutely amazing!!!
Upon first reading Anastasia I knew immediately that this is something that people would reveal in and that people would find comfort in her words and her wisdom. Not only that, but people would feel better after having seen these books portrayed into film with their own eyes. Her innocence, her purity, her wisdom they would inspire and move people to be better people and to seek the truth.
What began as a mere passing thought has been pulling at the strings of my heart. It is so strong, this feeling, that I am compelled to write and honor that overwhelming feeling as it seems to grow more and more with each passing day. It's almost as if the feeling has been growing inside of me and I can feeling it coming to life inside of me. I know it may sound crazy, but I just had to write you.
