Make these salads for Christmas or New Year! They are not only tasty, but also very healthy thanks to the ingredients — cedar nut oil and cedar nut flakes.
Sweet salad with melon and avocado
Ingredients
Melon 300 g
Avocado 1 piece
½ orange
Cedar nut oil 1 tbsp
Cedar nut flakes — handful
Fresh mint 1 sprig
Salt, pepper to taste
1.Wash the orange. Remove the zest from the orange using a fine grater.
2.Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice from one half.
3.Mix the juice of half an orange, zest, cedar nut oil, salt, and pepper.
4.Wash and dry the mint. Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the previously prepared mixture.
5.Cut the peeled melon into medium-sized cubes.
6.Peel the avocado and cut into cubes the same size as the melon.
7.Mix avocado and melon. Pour in the previously prepared dressing. Sprinkle with cedar nut flakes.
Salad with red fish and cedar nut flakes
Ingredients
Corn lettuce or other greens (arugula, spinach) to taste
Lightly salted red fish 200 g
Cherry tomatoes 6 pieces
Cedar nut flakes to taste
Salt, spices to taste
Cedar nut oil 1 tablespoon
1.Place clean leaves of corn lettuce or other greens in a salad bowl.
2.Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Add to lettuce leaves.
3.Cut the lightly salted red fish into slices and add to the tomatoes and greens.
4.Add cedar nur flakes to fish and vegetables.
5.Add your favorite spices and salt to the salad, pour over cedar nut oil.
Salad with couscous and pears
Ingredients
- Couscous ¾ cup
- Salt to taste
- Pear 1 piece
- Grapes “Isabella” 80 g
- Cedar nut flakes half a glass
- Cottage cheese 150 g
- Mint 1 bunch
- Cedar nut oil 2 tablespoons
1.Boil couscous according to instructions.
2.Cut the pears into slices and grill them.
3.Cut the grapes into slices. Finely chop the mint.
4.Combine fruits, cottage cheese, couscous, and cedar nut flakes.
5.Add cedar nut oil and mix the salad thoroughly.
