At the end of July, the festival Joy of Life was held in the Kin’s Settlement Mezhdurechye in the Oryol Region. Like-minded people from all over Russia gathered here. Some of them have traveled more than 2 000 kilometers to get to the festival. For seven days, the guests of the festival participated in masterclasses, danced, listened to performances of musical groups, and played sports games. It was a time of relaxation for body and soul.
The program was diverse. The morning began with yoga, qigong or zdrava (health-improving Slavic gymnastics). During the day, guests could participate in activities for all tastes: from a macrame masterclass and making herbal cocktails to psychological constellations in a women's group. Each day ended with a concert by one or more bards and with campfire songs. Everyone could also go on an excursion around the settlement Mezhdurechye.
Of course, there were many families with children here. A children's camp was organized for young guests where creative classes and sports games were held.
We are looking forward to next summer to get together with like-minded people again, and dedicate a week to communication, joint creativity, and the joy of life ...
