The idea that Thought is material and can influence Reality runs like a red thread through all the Ringing Cedars books.
According to Anastasia, everything that exists is the embodiment of someone's thoughts. The artificial world (cars, houses, equipment) is the materialized thoughts of a human; the natural world — the sky, the sun, plants, animals — is the embodiment of the thoughts of the Creator. “Imagination builds a material object in a space invisible to us, we still do not see its materialization, but this does not mean that the object does not exist. It is already built in mental space, and this is more significant than the subsequent materialization,”says the seventh book. Although the physical labor of people is necessary in the production of many things, it is Thought that is primary. “The world of living Nature that we see, including man himself, was originally formed by the Thought of God. Man, just like God, is able to form new objects and his own life situations with his Thought.“
So Thought is material. The Power of Thought is not limited to the Ringing Cedars books. So much has been said and written about this that it is impossible to say exactly where this idea came from.
There are many different methods of influencing reality with the Power of Thought. The two main ones are visualization and affirmations.
Visualization is the creation in your mind of an image of an already fulfilled desire. The image should be as bright, realistic, and filled with positive emotions. Affirmations are short phrases repeated many times. Their goal is to fix the desired image or attitude in the subconscious of a person. Affirmations must be repeated systematically, many times a day, only then it can lead to the desired result. They can be read aloud, said to oneself, written down repeatedly. Like visualization, they should always be positive.
There are certain rules according to which you need to dream in order for dreams to come true. Most authors consider it very important that the dream be presented or formulated in the present tense. Visualizing the image of the future, you must always imagine it as if it already exists. At the same time, it is important to experience positive feelings associated with your dream and its fulfillment.
Another rule: when formulating your dream, you should use only positive statements, avoiding negative ones. The subconscious (the Universe) does not perceive the “not” particle, so a person who dreams of “not getting sick” can end up with the exact opposite.
The next rule is, of course, pure thoughts. Anastasia also spoke about this. A person's dream must be directed to his or her benefit and the benefit of other people, as well as the world around. In no case should it harm anyone or anything.
Another rule is faith in a dream. A person must believe in the possibility of its fulfillment. Any fears, doubts, disbelief in your own strength weaken the power of the dream.
In the idea of the Power of Thought, there are both rational and purely mystical sides that cannot be explained by modern official science. In psychology, there is a theory of "self-fulfilling prophecies" put forward by Robert Merton. It lies in the fact that some of the expectations of people lead to actions, as a result of which these expectations are confirmed. Acting in accordance with our expectations, we can unwittingly ensure that they become true. This is another confirmation of the Power of Thought and its rational explanation.
However, along with such explanations, there are others with which modern science cannot agree. For example, scientists do not recognize the existence of an intelligent Universe into which we send our desires and which takes care of their fulfillment. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't take into account explanations like this one. After all, it is impossible to predict what else science will discover in the future...
