Many people moving thoroughly approach this question: they choose, compare, analyze, and eventually go to the selected kin’s settlements and choose a new place to live, having looked at different options. Sometimes it is not one, not two and even not three kin’s settlements - many people have been "looking" at the kin’s settlements for years, but there is no "twinge" in their heart.
But there are also rare cases when future settlers even before moving "feel with their heart" the very place where they will feel good, and, having come once to the kin’s settlement they like, they do not want to leave it anymore. The Vologizhin family has a similar story.

"We are the Vologzhin family, Vladimir and Elena. We just took and went to the kin’s settlement Milenki! So. On September 2, 2024 we set off on our long-awaited journey: Ust-Ilimsk - Moscow - Kaluga. We had to travel about 5000 kilometers in 4 days. The end point was in the Kaluga region of Dzerzhinsky district: the kin’s settlement Milenki.

Why Milenki? It's just where our souls were drawn. We chose this place by watching hundreds of kin’s settlement videos. We corresponded with all kinds of people. All of them discouraged us from such a search. They said that we should travel and physically visit and get acquainted with the area. But to tell you the truth, we did not have so much money to travel to all the places we liked. So we decided to take a risk and trust our first impressions.

As soon as we got out of the cab, we realized that everything was not in vain. We were home! Clean air and sunshine enveloped us. The ringing and rustling of trees filled our heads, embraced us. And the starry night sky just scattered us into small pieces. And the main thing - the special energy of the kin’s settlement on the same frequency as ours.

Then there was a month of interesting acquaintances with the residents. We went to visit, tasted honey, milk, and bread, which are produced here. We provided assistance in collecting firewood, made indoor and outdoor lighting in two kin’s domains. We received several proposals for further cooperation. In general, this moment of joint labor really unites!

And so the month came to an end. We saw the local life, took a lot of interesting things into account, and took into account all the mistakes that the settlers pointed out to us. And, of course, we have chosen a plot of land on which we will settle down. On which we will create and strengthen our space of love".
