«Lubimovka» is a developing kin’s settlement that has existed for 6 years. Now 22 families (83 people) live here. Over the past years they have created all the necessary infrastructure. The settlement covers an area of 110 hectares, on which 46 plots for kin’s domains are located. Many of these lots are still vacant. There are about 10 families whose candidatures are approved and the move is expected in the near future.
Residents of «Lubimovka» consider their main tasks for the coming years to be:
- Attracting new neighbors. Admission of new settlers occurs in several stages. The main condition is the desire to follow the ideas set forth by Anastasia. After the candidacies of new neighbors are approved at the general meeting, they are given a long-term lease of a plot for the construction of their own Space of Love. After 5 years, this plot can be redeemed as a property.
- Dealing with legal issues with municipal authorities. In particular, residents want to obtain the legal status of a separate village.
- Construction of a new convenient road to the settlement.
- Development of public areas of the settlement. There is already a House of Creativity, a public bath, a Family School, a park with two ponds, and a large cherry grove in the settlement — but this is just the beginning!

A lot of children live in «Lubimovka» — most families here are very big. The residents created a successful system of home education. Children are united in small educational classes, their age ranges from 7 to 17 years. In accordance with their skills and knowledge, the settlers teach children all the necessary lessons at school: from foreign languages to gym classes.
The inhabitants of this settlement do a lot to popularize their way of life. They regularly host sport events and concerts, have their own theater, and also created an online and offline store where residents sell their eco-products. Public and private tourism projects are developing. So, for example, the Konyukhov family created the family recreation park «Magic Forest» on the territory of their domain. It is regularly visited by tourists. You can come here to spend the weekend with your family in harmony with nature (there is a guest house). You can also take part in numerous events, master classes and sports games for the whole family that are regularly organized by the creators of this park.
