Kin's settlement «Mayskoye» was founded in 2007. It is surrounded by forests on all sides, there are wonderful views, and healing air. In summer and autumn, the inhabitants of the settlement harvest mushrooms, berries, and medicinal herbs in the vicinity. The land here is fertile, therefore, beautiful flowers bloom, vegetables and fruits grow in the kin’s domains. The area of the settlement is relatively small: 36 hectares. However, there are several large clearings around, to which the inhabitants of the settlement plan to expand the territory after the first clearing is fully populated.
The development of infrastructure and an active social life have been a priority for residents since the very moment of the foundation of «Mayskoye». In parallel with the creation of their own Space of Love, each family contributed to the development of the entire settlement. In the very first years, important projects appeared here that are successfully operating to this day:
- Family School is a place for home education of children and for the exchange of parental experience;
- Parents' Club is an educational project for parents designed to support them in the upbringing and education of their children. Meetings are held both in «Mayskoye» and outside it, in the nearest major cities.
- Online Shop sells eco-goods produced by settlers;
- Workshops of applied art, where both residents and guests of the settlement can try to master a new craft.

Ecotourism is developed in «Mayskoye». In addition to guest days for those who wish to move to the settlement, holidays, seminars, and master classes are regularly held here for everyone. Residents of the settlement often speak in neighboring settlements, talking about the accumulated experience of farming and an eco-friendly lifestyle, and about family psychology. In recent years, some events have been successfully held online.
"We are creating the space of Love in the Domain and the Settlement, for the Family and the Kin, for centuries! We strive to live healthy, happy, in harmony with ourselves, with our families, with Nature, with our neighbors, and with the whole World," this is the main motto of the residents of «Mayskoye». Active and vibrant events are loved here, each of the settlers is engaged in some kind of creativity: playing musical instruments, singing, drawing, dancing... For those who want to join the settlement, there are several rules:
- Willingness to live with love and trust to each other;
- A ban on raising animals for slaughter, the absence of meat and fish dishes at general meetings and events;
- Active participation in the life of the settlement, attendance at general meetings, and a feasible contribution to events.
