«Radosvet» is a prosperous kin's settlement, founded in 2016 in a picturesque area between two seas, the Black and Azov. We have already told you how the idea and dream of one family came true and brought together dozens of families of like-minded people. Today, more than 150 families live in «Radosvet». Residents have created a comfortable, self-sufficient, and economically sustainable space. And they continue to work on beautifying their domains and common areas, developing infrastructure, and building a harmonious community. What's new in «Radosvet»?
The settlers have done incredible work to ensure that life here is as comfortable, full, and happy as possible. Since founding, they have:
- Built more than 10 km of power lines
- Built 18 kilometers of roads inside the settlement
- Dug out more than 20 reservoirs with a total area of 150,000 sq.m.
- Planted over 15,000 trees
- Built two large playgrounds with sports and gaming complexes, swings, and trampolines
- Equipped a beautiful beach in the center of the settlement
- Built playgrounds for beach soccer and volleyball, installed a complex for outdoor training.
- Organized a regular summer camp for children. The camp gathers both children of settlers and children from neighboring towns. They not only have active rest, but also study foreign languages according to the Shchetinin method.

New public spaces regularly appear in Radosvet. In the spring of this year, a house for events and meetings was opened. It is only 35 sq.m. and fits a lot of things: depending on the needs of the guests, the house can be easily transformed into a theater, a conference room, a library, and even a kitchen. This was made possible thanks to proper planning and division of space. “We have very different residents with different interests,” the authors of the project explain, “and the goal of this house is to combine everything in one place. And now, in a space of just 6x8, our residents have the opportunity to engage in their hobbies.”
On June 3 this year, the settlement celebrated its 7th birthday. More than 200 people gathered at the big celebration - both residents of the settlement and guests. There was an atmosphere of good neighborliness and real community. The organizers of the holiday created an interesting program in which both adults and children participated. All residents and guests attended master classes, watched a live theater, danced round dances, sang, and danced. They also enjoyed the original dishes from different cuisines of the world prepared by the settlers. The holiday was very successful!
