We already told you about this kin's settlement when it was relatively young. What's happening in «Skazochny Krai» today, when it's already 10 years old?
The settlement is located in an incredibly beautiful place: the kin’s domains are surrounded by a river, on one side there are mountains and an oak forest. Thanks to the picturesque location, every year new families join the settlers who want to build their Space of Love right here. However, there are still vacant plots, and they are very different: without forest, with young trees (5-7 years old), and even those whose territory is partially occupied by an apple orchard. Local residents provide all kinds of assistance to newly arrived settlers with advice and deeds. It often happens that all neighbors participate in the construction of a new house — you just need to ask!

Social life is not only good neighborly relations and help in everyday life. Numerous meetings and celebrations have become a tradition for the «Skazochny Krai». In addition to traditional holidays (Kupala Day, Solstice and Equinox days, Earth Day, and others), festivals and concerts from visiting musical groups are regularly held here. The residents of «Skazochny Krai» have teamed up with their neighbors, people from the kin’s settlements «Zdravoye» and «Zhivoy Dom». They alternate in the role of organizers of large-scale events, regularly visiting each other. For example, in 2023, residents of all three settlements celebrated Maslenitsa in «Zhivoy Dom», Kupala in «Zdravoye», and the harvest festival in «Skazochny Krai». This approach, on the one hand, helps create the most vibrant holidays, because residents of one settlement need to focus on organizing only one event instead of three. On the other hand, regular meetings with like-minded people provide inspiration and new experiences.

The «Skazochny Krai» also regularly hosts fairs of eco-products from kin’s domains. There is also an ongoing online fair on the settlement’s website and social networks: information about all goods from the domains is collected in one place, which is very convenient for potential buyers.
Of course, the infrastructure of the settlement is also developing. When it first began, there were almost no roads in the area. And those that were, were in poor condition. But residents build new roads on their own, and today there are already 15 streets in the «Skazochny Krai». They are given incredibly beautiful names: Abundant, Rainbow, Vedrusskaya, Flower, Creative...
«Skazochny Krai» is growing and developing every year. «Fate brought us all to this beautiful place, between the river and the forest, - say local residents, - And, of course, it was not by chance.
