«SvetoRusie» is kin's settlement that was founded in the foothills of the Ural Mountains 19 years ago. 25 families permanently live here, about 20 more are building their Spaces of Love and preparing to move to their own Land. Local residents are people of different ages and professions, they are sociable, creative, active men and women. Every year, children are born in kin’s domains. Residents unite in small interest groups to realize various public and commercial projects. Every season brings interesting events that fill the life of the settlement with joy and love!
For several years, the festival «Planet of Love» has been held in the settlement in the summer. Music groups from «SvetoRusie» and other kin’s settlements perform at the festival, master classes and lectures are held, there are separate activities for young children and adolescents. Previously, festival guests were accommodated in tents on a common meadow, but in recent years, residents have built many guest houses, creating a whole hotel complex on the territory of the settlement. Also, the settlers are ready to receive guests in their own domains, providing them with guest rooms.
«SvetoRusie» also regularly hosts small group events intended only for local residents — these are sports competitions, a women's circles, and much more. Almost every weekend, some of the settlers gather and go hiking in the surroundings, or go skiing in winter. “Another great pastime is just going to dear neighbors and close friends,” the settlers say, “With tea drinking, homemade cakes, sometimes board games, and almost always with a bunch of kids.”
«SvetoRusie» is located on the banks of the Bolshaya Kalinovka River, which saves residents from the heat in summer days! The settlement is bordered by a deciduous forest, where many mushrooms and berries grow. The settlers happily coexist with many animals that come out to the settlement without fear and are not afraid of people. Here you can meet a hare galloping across the fields and beavers walk along a bridge over the river. Roe deer graze in small groups near the river, in the field, and on the territory of kin's domains. Even magnificent elks come out to people. Last year after a forest fire a young elk came out to people — the residents fed it and set up a nursery located nearby. Excursions to the forest are regularly held for children, where they enjoy birdwatching and learn a lot about birds.
There are still vacant lots in «SvetoRusie». Residents are waiting for like-minded people who, together with them, are ready to create a happy, healthy, and creative society of the future!
