The kin's settlement Privolye has been in existence for more than 10 years. It is located in Topkinskiy district, 80 kilometers from Kemerovo.
The lands for the kin's domains are located on former agricultural fields and decorated with birch groves, streams and a small lake. The area of plots for each kin's domain - from 1.5 to 2 hectares. The distance between the plots is 10 meters.

In the kin's settlement now three families live permanently in their kin's domains and 10 families are in the process of settling in. This is just the beginning! Because there are about 200 plots of land for kin's domains planned in the kin's settlement.

Although the kin's settlement is relatively young, its residents, through the efforts of their small team, have already managed to do a lot of useful things for the common good. For example, they have built a common house for holding events and meetings.

In addition, for the second year they organize the "Feast of the clan", to which they invite residents of other kin's settlements, as well as all interested people who do not live in the kin's settlements.

In addition to joint events, local residents mainly work within the Privolye settlement. This means that they earn their living by their own physical labor - they are engaged in beekeeping, grow vegetables, fruits and breed nursery stock. They also make natural ecological products, such as pillows made from nettles and other medicinal herbs.
