"We grow about 20 species of different trees and shrubs, including red-listed ones. The trees grow among the cascading ponds of our kin’s settlement. We carefully take care of them and are ready to share the seedlings with you" - share the residents of the kin’s settlement.
Larisa Ostrovskaya, a master of natural cheesemaking, is responsible for cheese production in Velikoye settlement. She was trained in cheese-making in the Czech Republic in 2015.

"We produce products from goat's milk and sell surplus products at our events: cottage cheese, aged hard, soft, brine cheeses, cheeses with white noble mold, and milk" - says Larisa.
