The kin’s settlement Zvinyashchie Ruchie is located in Belarus in the Grodno region. The settlement is formed on the basis of several villages located nearby.

Unlike many other kin’s settlements, there is no charter and no selection. The locals believe that they "attract" people who appreciate nature and are potentially sensible neighbors.
