«Svetlye visoty» («Light Heights») is a young settlement in a beautiful, environmentally friendly place rich in natural gifts. Today, the team consists of more than 20 families, 6-8 families live here all year round. The rest come in the warm season and build their domains. Most families have many children.
There is a huge variety of natural beauties here! There are rivers, springs, hills, valleys, groves, forests, islands, and peninsulas. And all this is located right on the territory of the settlement, on the coast of the great Volga River. The nearest major cities are 1-2 hours away. The inhabitants of the settlement try to maintain very close relations with the authorities of the nearest settlements and with businessmen. Thanks to them, «Svetlye visoty» tell a large number of people about themselves.

The settlement is waiting for new neighbors! Here they welcome everyone who:
- wants to build the kin’s domain among like-minded people who were inspired by the ideas of Anastasia. However, the guides from the books do not limit the residents: everyone creates their own Space of Love, in accordance with their own dreams.
- wants to become an eco-farmer.
- dreams of living in nature and having a wealth and quality of life unattainable in an urban environment, while benefiting society and the environment.
- is ready to take on certain restrictions related to the need to preserve and improve good neighborly relations and the Nature conservation.

In the settlement, much attention is paid to the formation of investment and entrepreneurial projects that affect both young settlers, children, and the older generation. «Heirloom cases» is the wording used by residents to describe their interests. Everyone who dreams of their own business in the field of agriculture, gardening, tourism, leisure, crafts, IT, and the economy is welcome at «Svetlye visoty».
As of the summer of 2022, the following projects are developing in the settlement:
- children's and family camps. Educational programs, including with the participation of masters with 29 years of experience in permissive method of teaching
- guest tourism (village Akhlebinka)
- strawberry-raspberry organic farming
- butter business
- bakery business
- basil and lettuce seedling farm
- beekeeping
- yurt-guest farms
- mooring yacht and boat projects
- herbs and teas
- concert and festival projects
- composting technology (Jean Payne)
- cooperation in agriculture and the sale of surplus produce from domains.
In the near future, they plan to develop forestry, haymaking, and the prospect of developing the village as a business center for IT specialists.
