Anton and Victoria moved to the countryside in 2018. In search of the perfect place for their future home, they traveled across the entire western part of Russia, from Krasnodar Krai to Karelia. The family finally settled in the Belgorod region, in a small village "Olkhov", there they founded their kin’s domain.

Now the Borkins continue to improve their house, garden and vegetable garden, to study horticulture and agriculture while working at their main job. Vika returned to work as a dance teacher in one of the dance schools near the kin’s domain, Anton continues to work remotely in his own photo book studio. The family is engaged in social activities, promotes the ideas of life in the kin’s domain, receives guests, and continues to enjoy life free from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Dance studio
Vika is a choreographer. The first years of life in the kin’s domain she and her husband fully immersed themselves in the construction and renovation of a new place to live, and gardening - it brings her great pleasure. Last fall Vika decided to return to her professional life and accepted an invitation to become a choreographer in a dance studio in the town of Volokonovka (Belgorod region). She teaches her favorite dance direction - Latin. The decision to return to the profession Vika took quickly and easily.

"Everything so quickly spun and decided. In my opinion, lightness on the way to a dream is a good sign!" says Victoria.

The family's social activities
The Borkins dispel many myths that life on the kin’s domain is boring and monotonous, and confirm it with their actions:
- For 4 years they have revived the old village and created a park with children's and sports grounds and a creative house!
- They are preparing to realize an eco-tourist project and have won a grant for the improvement of an eco-garden.
- Regularly receive guests and in the summer of 2023 for the first time received tourists on their land and together with them organized a tent camp, and enjoyed several days of untouched, pristine nature.

Also, Anton and Vika care not only about social activities and guests who come often, but also about the future of their relatives. Therefore, the family bought a second plot for their grandparents’ domain. Vika and Anton dream of building a small house on the plot with everything they need for them.

"We will not force them to move. Only offered to live when they want and as long as they want, when we equip them. If they want and organize the move" said Anton.
The Borkins believe that the Earth is a great value. Every person sooner or later must realize this value, because our children and grandchildren will live here. And what this life will be like depends on us and our attitude to nature.
