The settlers left the city for a new ecological life in every sense. These people explain their choice as follows: "We want to walk in the morning in the garden grown with our own hands, and not go out to the dirty stairwell. To breathe fresh air with the aroma of flowers, not cigarette smoke. To listen to birds singing and bees buzzing, not loud music from nightclubs under the windows".

For them, the kin’s settlement is first of all a collective with a common vision of goals and ways to achieve them. The main principles of life in the kin’s settlement are enshrined in the charter, which was written in 2006. The main idea of people living in the kin’s settlement is the creation of kin’s domains. Each family has a hectare of land for this purpose, where they can do everything that does not contradict the laws and does not harm the nature. The settlers are open to accept new families who share their views and dream of creating their own kin’s domain.

Lavender Paradise Aroma Farm
The Svetloye settlement is located in the foothills of Crimea, in the cozy valley of Mount Chatyr-Dag, 20 kilometers from the city of Simferopol. This is a place that energizes and gives peace: clean mountain air, healing Crimean herbs, and lavender fields.

Residents of the kinsettlement even created their own aroma farm "Lavender Paradise". In the middle of the field, blooming every season, they built a platform for rest and solitude. Away from the hustle and bustle, guests and settlers themselves can enjoy the life-giving beauty, spend time with loved ones, and restore their strength through unity with nature. And in a small shop of the aroma farm you can buy souvenirs and treats, made by the hands of the residents of the kin’s settlement.

The FamilyDar School of Life
In addition to the extraordinary nature, which is located around the kin’s settlement - guests can visit the creative school, which was created by the residents of the Svetloye settlement.
