In 2018, Anton and Victoria Borkin left their life in a city of millions and moved to the land to create and develop their own kin's domain.

Since moving to the, practically, lifeless village, 6 years have passed and every year the desire to live in the kin's domain grows, despite the large number of new worries and things to do.

"Do we not regret our decision? No, we only rejoice, discovering every year new facets of life on land! We have 1 hectare and 30 acres of land, chickens, bees, greenhouse, 2 dogs, 2 cats, vegetable garden, orchard, forest, plant nursery for ourselves, a tourism project on a separate plot is born. Parents followed our example and moved after us now they also live in their houses on the same street as us!" - share the spouses.

The first years were devoted to developing the territory, building the house and planting the first trees. The land turned out to be depleted, it took titanic efforts to restore it and prepare it for fertility. But the results were not long in coming - the first harvests were a real reward for their labor.

"We wanted to eat our own healthy food without chemicals, to be constantly in a place of living and eternal inspiration - in nature, to do something for it (plant a garden, a forest, organize a pond), not just use the land" - says Victoria.
Despite living in a small kin's settlement, the Borkins have a wide social circle and many friends. They also continue to keep a blog, where they talk about life in the kin's domain.

"We are surrounded by wonderful neighbors, who thanks to the blog found us and moved to our farmstead from different parts of the world. Even from Germany! And now our kin's settlement is developing: again the bus rides to take the children to school and cars rush in the morning with parents and kids who are rushing to the kindergarten" - say the spouses.
Did the absolutely urban people who performed on stage manage to make friends with all the specifics of suburban life? The answer is obvious! Today the Borkin's kin's domain is a flowering garden, a vegetable garden full of vegetables, and a small apiary. Anton has mastered the skills of construction and carpentry, Victoria took up gardening and cooking from grown products. They live in harmony with nature, enjoying silence and clean air, and are sure that they made the right choice.
